Two New Senior Roles at HCP Insight Specialist Agency

CREATION.co, one of the world’s leading consultancies for insights-led health strategy, is delighted to announce the appointment of two new senior roles within the organisation.

Tom Bourne has joined as Associate Director, Analytics and will oversee a team of 36 analysts, data scientists and language specialists across the company’s global offices. Tom will be instrumental in identifying and developing data capabilities that deliver strategic insight for CREATION.co clients.

Prior to joining CREATION.co, Tom has previously held analytical roles at both local and national Government level. Most recently at Kent County Council as the Public Health Intelligence Manager, he oversaw a team of specialist public health analysts which supported local government’s tracking of the spread of COVID-19 cases.

Earlier in his career, Tom spent 5 years working as Senior Analyst at the UK’s National Audit Office, where he strategically led and undertook various elements of health value-for-money audits of Government spending on behalf of Parliament.

Victoria Donougher has joined as Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, where she will lead a team focussed on sales and through-the-line marketing.

Previously, Victoria ran her own marketing consultancy business specialising in strategic and digital marketing for SMEs and start-ups. She brings to the role a wealth of experience in driving lasting client relationships through clear communication. Prior to running her own business, Victoria held marketing roles at a number of television and publishing companies, including Disney and BBC.
