Joanna co-founded CREATION. As Chief Operating Officer she oversees the company’s systems and plays a vital leadership role that has enabled the business to grow and thrive for nearly two decades.

Joanna balances being a mother of three, with supporting 1,600 children (9 of whom are in GB squads) as chair of the board at award-winning Pegasus Gymnastics Club in Maidstone.
