The Solution

Real-time HCP tracking insights

CREATION Pinpoint, which tracks more than 3M digital profiles of healthcare professionals (HCPs) worldwide, was used to study online conversations of HCPs in the US market.

Insights from CREATION’s study were used by our client’s medical director to inform the planning of a successful advisory board, including:

  • Selection of advisory board participants
  • Attitudes to products, to inform discussion
  • Relevant areas of unmet need, to explore in sessions
